Join SEIU Local 1991 in Bayfront Park on Saturday, October 18th for the 13th Annual Susan G. Komen Miami/Ft. Lauderdale Race for the Cure! There are three ways to get involved:

1. Register to participate in the 5k Walk/Run or One Mile Fun Run. SEIU Local 1991 will be covering the registration cost for each of its members who decide to participate in this great endeavor. It's such a small price to pay for helping to bring about a Cure for Breast Cancer. If you have a child ages 2-7, bring them along and register them for the Tot Run.

2. If you can't make it to the Race - register as a Sleep In for the Cure participant.  It's just $27.00 and you still receive a tee shirt, which you get to "sleep in" while supporting a great cause!

3. Participate in SEIU Local 1991's pledge/donation drive. It's easy; just enter your donation amount in the space provided. With your support we can be a part of helping to find a Cure for Breast Cancer!

 

Your support can make a difference! Let's help find a cure for Breast Cancer so that no child has to go without a mother to kiss them goodnight, so that no woman has to suffer… Help find a cure for Your daughters, mothers, wives, sisters, aunts, nieces, friends and the 1,500 men who get breast cancer each year. Let's all help to make this a cancer free world.

 

Please use the following link to download your team registration form. Our team name is SEIU Local 1991. Once you have completed and signed this form, submit it to SEIU Local 1991 headquarters (18441 NW 2nd Avenue, Suite 502, Miami Gardens, FL 33169 or fax it to 305-620-1429). Once again, SEIU Local 1991 will be covering the registration cost for each of its members who decide to participate. Therefore, you do not need to fill out the credit card information portion of the form. In addition to the team registration form, there is a pledge form. Use this form to collect donations on your behalf. For every $100 you raise, it provides a mammogram for a woman in need.
