The Union is bringing a class action grievance to arbitration and is looking for the following:
- Any part-time Jackson nurse, who is a union member, who was either maxed out, at L1 or L2 as of October 14, 2001, who

as a result of range adjustments, lost all their prior credited hours towards their next step increase.
If you fit the above description, please call the Union office at (305) 620-6555 and give Andy Pratt the following information:
- your name
- your work unit
- your home and work numbers
- number of credited hours before 10/14/01
- when you should have received your step increase and when you actually did receive it, if applicable.
We need to have this information no later than Thursday, September 11 at 5pm.
