SEIU has won an important victory for case managers. Recently, managament told case managers that they no longer had educational days because they were not written in the contract. After collecting evidence to show past practice, our union was scheduled to have a meeting with Labor Relations to settle the issue before moving to file a grievance. Once again, case managers have their educational days!
